I have worked as a psychotherapist and counsellor since 1986.  I have experience and  training in many different therapies, including , person centred, gestalt, psychodynamic, therapeutic dance & theatre, and complimentary therapies.  I am currently on an advanced training with Gabrielle Roth in the USA, working with emotional energy through movement. I graduated as a Core Process Psychotherapist, with a Masters degree, through the Karuna Institute. I abide by their Code of Ethics and attend professional supervision. I am accredited through the U.K.C.P. (United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy).

As well as offering psychotherapy, I also work as a supervisor, trainer and co-direct 'Soulwave' offering dance, theatre and creative expression.
